Core skills:

Understanding of car batteries, alternators, starters, and charging systems.
Safe jump-starting techniques and use of booster packs.
Handling lead-acid and AGM batteries safely (avoid short circuits, sparks, acid exposure).
Basic electrical system diagnostics (voltage testing, multimeter use).
Customer service and communication (you’ll deal with stranded motorists).
